The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
We will not be responsible for delays caused exclusively by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier incidents, customs, extreme weather, strikes or similar events, without prejudice to consumers' rights under applicable law.
11. Dropshipping and external suppliers
TheSleepyPaw operates an ecommerce model that may include dropshipping services.
This means that some products may be prepared and shipped directly by external suppliers or associated logistics centres.
To fulfil orders, we may use platforms and providers such as DSers, AliExpress, carriers and other logistics providers.
The use of third parties to prepare or deliver a product does not alter our responsibility to the customer as the seller of the store.
12. Customs, taxes and international charges
Orders shipped outside Spain or certain tax areas may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs or customs handling charges.
Where these charges are not expressly included in the price paid in our store, they may be the recipient's responsibility under the rules of the destination country.
We will try to inform you of known costs where applicable, but we cannot control charges imposed directly by customs authorities in the destination country.
